Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via www.thetoyshop.com/x-shot-prize-draw
3. To enter, simply, visit www.thetoyshop.com/x-shot-prize-draw and complete the entry form.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 15th August 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 11th September 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 16th September 2024 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one grand prize winner who will receive the following prize (see additional details below):
   a. Win a family day out in London to ‘Flip out’ (Canary Wharf Location) for 4 people.
   b. Overnight stay in London
   c. TFL travel card for day of activity
   d. £500 prize bundle of X-Shot blasters
8. Prize Details
   a. Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old.
   b. The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
   c. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over and be present for all elements of the prize; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel.
   d. 4 x TFL Travel Cards for the day of the activity. Travel arrangements, (except for the TFL travels cards) including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s.
   e. You will receive a 2-hour family pass to Flip Out Canary Wharf (20 min rotation on attractions)

   g. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation.
   h. Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy room on a B&B basis.
   i. Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion.
   j. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package.
   k. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion.
   l. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
   m. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
   n. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
   o. Prize bundle will be a £500 bundle of X-shot blasters suitable for the winners age
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject X Shot Prize Draw) or writes to X Shot Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The tickets and booking codes provided as part of the prize are supplied by Zuru and, if required your details will be passed to them once you have accepted the Prize in order for them to supply the tickets to you.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners and clauses 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
