Toybox Rewards - Terms & Conditons

• Eligibility

  You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over to be eligible to participate in and join Toybox Rewards. No corporate or business use or participation is permitted. Employees of The Entertainer may join Toybox Rewards however certain offers and discounts may be excluded at our discretion.

• How to Join

  Currently, Toybox rewards is open to Jack’s Birthday Club members only along with employees of The Entertainer. If you are a Jack’s Birthday Club member you will automatically be enrolled into Toybox rewards (as Toybox Rewards is replacing Jack’s Birthday Club). You can choose to unsubscribe from Toybox Rewards at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each communication to you or by contacting our customer services team. You’ll need a valid email address and be opted into receiving emails from us in order to receive the offers or rewards. Please ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date as The Entertainer will not be responsible for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications if you do not do so. For the avoidance of doubt, it is your responsibility to update your details should they change.

• Your Toybox Rewards

  As a Toybox Rewards member, you will have access to a variety of rewards including (but not limited to) a Welcome Discount, Birthday Discount and other offers or promotions that are personalised to you as well as other treats for our Toybox Rewards members. Recipients of these rewards, where applicable, will be selected at random from all eligible Toybox Rewards members. Any terms and conditions (including time limits and exclusions for example) for each reward will be notified to you with the reward email.

  Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Rewards may be changed from time to time or, if necessary, substituted by The Entertainer. The Entertainer reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, void, suspend, modify or supersede any of the rewards if at any time due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug, or other technical issue or unauthorised human intervention) it becomes necessary to do so.

  The Entertainer shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Toybox Rewards members where such delay or failure is caused by technical problems, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in any draw for any reward or any other events beyond The Entertainer’s control that may cause the allocation or awarding of the rewards to be disrupted or corrupted. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way The Entertainer’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

• Making changes to Toybox Rewards and Withdrawal of the Scheme.

  We may update these terms and conditions from time to time and material changes will be communicated to you via email where we have been provided with contact details by you. The latest terms and conditions can always be found on our website at [insert link]. We may also make changes to the eligibility requirements or the rewards, if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that it is required for the continuing administration of the reward scheme. If you are no longer eligible for the reward scheme (in its entirety) because of changes made, then you will be unsubscribed from Toybox Rewards communications two months' following notification of the changes.

  We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Toybox Rewards scheme at any time giving members two months' notice of termination in writing (via email communications) using the details provided.

• Termination

  You may leave Toybox Rewards at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Toybox Rewards communication sent or by contacting our customer services team. On withdrawal, any and all current rewards accrued will be lost. We can terminate your Toybox Rewards participation immediately if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of these terms. If your account has been inactive for 2 years or more, then we may, at our discretion, terminate your Toybox Rewards participation on notice to you.

• Use of your personal information

  Your personal information provided to us in connection with the reward scheme will only be used in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy which is available here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. You can opt out of any marketing communications at any time by updating your preferences online at www.thetoyshop.com as well as clicking any unsubscribe link in the relevant communication.

• Which laws apply to this contract

  These terms are governed by English law. Either you or we can bring legal proceedings in respect of these terms and conditions in the English courts, or if you are based in another part of the UK you may bring proceedings in the relevant court if it relates to goods or services provided to you.

• Your Statutory Rights

  Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect or reduce your statutory rights.

Welcome 10% discount code

• The 10% discount code will only be issued to new members of the Toybox Rewards Club and may only be used by the registered member.
• The 10% discount code can be used once and is valid for 30 days from receipt of your welcome email
• The discount code cannot be used towards purchases of Lego and gift cards which are excluded from this offer. Please note that the code will not work if any of these items appear in your basket and you will need to remove these items from your basket for the code to work
• Please enter the discount code into the promotional code box at checkout for it to be deducted from your order.
• The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
• Only available for online purchases
• Refunds for products purchased within this promotion will be refunded to the original payment method at the promotional price paid.

Birthday Club

• To qualify for your Toybox Rewards Birthday 10% discount code, you must be a member of the Toybox Rewards Club, and have opted into to receiving emails from us (in order to receive your discount code).
• Register your child’s birthday and any preferences you think they have.
• 3 weeks before your child’s birthday we’ll send you a 10% off discount code to the email address provided. The discount code is valid for 30 days from the date of original issue. The code will be resent 1 week before the birthday as well (please check your junk folder and make sure we are an approved company to receive emails from). If you register a birthday less than 3 weeks from the date of the birthday, you will not receive a code until the following year.
• The 10% discount code may only be used once and is valid on orders up to the value of £400.
• Orders including Lego products and Gift Cards are not included, and the code won't work. Please remove these from your basket for the code to work.
• The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount code
• The Entertainer reserve the right to withdraw or update this offer at its discretion.

£10 off £60 or £20 off £100

• This offer is open to Toybox Rewards Loyalty Scheme members only.
• The offer is £10 off when you spend £60, or £20 off when you spend £100. This offer is available online only.
• Enter your code into the promotional code box for the discount to be applied to your basket when you go through the checkout. This is a single-use code and can be used only once.
• Only one discount is to be applied per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
• Offer excludes orders containing Lego and Gift Cards. If you have these in your basket you will need to remove them for the code to work.
• Offer is valid from Monday 29th Jan at 00:01am to Friday 2nd Feb at 23:59pm.
• If you wish to return a product and following that return the transaction value would fall below the promotional discount threshold, your refund will be adjusted accordingly to remove the discount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
