Peppa Pig Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter or its group companies, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary, however, internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via www.thetoyshop.com/peppa-pig-prize-draw.
3. To enter, simply visit www.thetoyshop.com/peppa-pig-prize-draw and complete the entry form.
4. The opening date for entries is Thursday 25th January 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on Wednesday 31st January 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. There is one grand prize to be won and five runners-up prizes.
8. The Grand Prize winner will win:
   • 4 tickets (2 adults & 2 Children) to a VIP screening of Peppa's My first cinema experience in London on Sunday 4th February 2024 at Vue Cinema London – West End (Leicester Square, 3 Cranbourn St, London WC2H 7AL). Doors open at 9:30am, the screening starts at 11am;
   • A Peppa Pig prize bundle containing 1 x Family Red Car (F2184) and 1 x Peppa’s Caravan (F8863)
   • 1 night’s hotel accommodation for 4 people (2 adults & 2 Children) on Saturday 3rd February in a family room at the Premier Inn London Southwark (Southwark Station) hotel on a bed and breakfast basis
   The Prize excludes meals and drinks, travel costs, any other personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the Prize.
9. Five runners-up will each win A Peppa Pig prize bundle containing 1 x Family Red Car (F2184) and 1 x Peppa’s Caravan (F8863).
10. The winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by computer process from all valid entries. Winners will be notified by email using the information provided at entry within 24 hours of the end of the prize draw.
11. If the winners do not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. Failure to attend the event on 4th February 2024 will result in the winner forfeiting the prize. The Promotor does not accept any liability if you are not able to attend the prize.
13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy/. See also conditions 15 and 16 with regard to the announcement of winners and fulfilment of the prize.
14. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
15. The winners agree to have their first name and photograph published on The Entertainer’s social media accounts and website and may also be used in other promotional activity without further payment to you.
16. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject Peppa Pig (Cinema Screening Prize Draw) or writes to Peppa Pig Cinema Screening Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
17. The prize provider is Hasbro UK and Hasbro European Services, Stockley Park, 4 The Square, Hayes, Uxbridge UB11 1ET and when entering this prize draw, the winner consents to us passing their details to the prize provider for them to supply the prize. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the prize provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy.
18. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without a liability to any entrants or third parties.
22. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
