Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf, and entrants under the age of 18 years old must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim the prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter with no purchase necessary, however internet access and access to an email address is required to enter the prize draw online.
3. To enter, simply, visit: https://www.thetoyshop.com/paw-patrol-gloworm and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person via email into this prize draw; more than one entry per person will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 27th March 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 23rd April 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 28th April 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one winner who will win a VIP family weekend at Gloworm Festival with a private meet and greet with Chase on the PAW Patroller.
8. The prize includes:
   a. 2 Adult and 2 Children VIP tickets to the 2025 Gloworm Festival (Friday 8th - Sunday 10th August 2025) at Thoresbury Park, Netherfield, Nottinghamshire NG22 9EP.
   b. Travel to/from the Gloworm Festival up to the value of £200 (40p a mile or the cost of public transport).
   c. £250 spending money for the weekend.
   d. Bundle of PAW Patrol toys (worth £100 full price).
   e. 3-night hire of a Bell Tent for 4 people during the 2025 Gloworm Festival weekend (8th-10th August 2025), including:
   i. Power hookup; and
   ii. Featuring:
   1. 4 x Memory Foam Mattresses
   2. Rug
   3. Table
   4. Fairy lights
   For the avoidance of doubt, duvets, pillows and bed sheets are not provided and will need to be supplied by the winner/winner’s party.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Gloworm Prize Draw) or writes to: Gloworm Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The “Prize Provider” is Spinmaster UK Limited, Meridian House, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow SL7 1TB. The Promoter will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with its privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://privacy.spinmaster.com.
16. Personal data supplied to the Promoter as part of this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also clause 12 regarding the announcement of winners and clause 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
