Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over and hold a valid passport, except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter with no purchase necessary, however internet access and access to an email address is required to enter the prize draw online.
3. To enter, simply, visit: https://www.thetoyshop.com/lilo-stitch-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person via email into this prize draw; more than one entry per person will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 8th May 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 4th June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. One winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 9th June 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. The winner of this prize draw (“Winner”) will win a package holiday consisting of two nights, three days to Disneyland Paris, during the Disney Music Festival, for the Winner and three accompanying guests (in total four people) (the “Prize”).
8. The Prize includes:
   a. Return transport, travelling by:
   i) Eurostar in standard class from London St Pancras International station to Paris Gare Du Nord station OR
   ii) an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport.
   b. Return transfers between Paris Gare Du Nord station OR Paris Charles De Gaulle airport to Disneyland Paris.
   c. Two nights’ accommodation sharing one standard room by the Winner and three accompanying guests, including continental breakfast; the accommodation is selected by Disney in its sole discretion and based on availability, but will exclude the Disneyland® Hotel.
   d. Three Day Park Hopper ticket per person for the Winner and three accompanying guests, valid for entry into Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris.
   e. Half board plus meal vouchers to cover lunch and dinner for four people for the duration of the three-day trip.
9. Prize Terms:
   a. Items not included in the Prize, which are the responsibility of the Winner and accompanying guests, include: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.
   b. The Prize is for the Winner and up to three guests of the Winner’s choosing.
   c. Travel insurance is not included. It is the Winner’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the Prize before travelling. Disney shall not be liable for any costs or losses through the Winner’s failure to take out adequate insurance cover.
   d. The holiday must be taken between 9th July 2025 - 7th September 2025 (inclusive). The booking form must be received by the Disney booking agent a minimum of 30 days before the travel dates.
   e. The Winner and their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.
   f. The Winner and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid-19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.
   g. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Prize Provider.
   h. The Prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
   i. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of Disneyland Paris or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
   j. There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
   k. If the Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than three guests, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
   l. Enhanced health and safety measures will be/are in place at Disneyland Paris to promote cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance. Some hotels may be closed during some or all of the Winner’s stay. Details available at DisneylandParis.com.
   m. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the promotion.
   n. By participating in the prize draw, the Winner and their guests agree that they will be subject to Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions, save for the sections relating to the fees of booking. Full Terms and Conditions can be found here.
   
10. The Winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If the Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
11. To the extent and limited to the promotion of the Prize, the decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: DLP Prize Draw) or writes to: DLP Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants to the prize draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. To the extent and limited to the promotion of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The “Prize Provider” is The Walt Disney Company Limited, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9PE. The Promoter will provide the Winner’s details to the Prize Provider. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with its privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/current-privacy-policy/
16. Personal data supplied to the Promoter as part of this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also clause 12 regarding the announcement of winners and clause 15 in relation to fulfilment of the Prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
