Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit: https://www.thetoyshop.com/jurassic-world-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw and entries over the maximum number of submissions will be void and not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 5th December 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 29th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 3rd January 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. There will be one grand prize winner who will receive the following prize: A Jurassic Family Trip to Morocco for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old.
   Prize includes:
   - Airfare: Return flights from London, UK to Marrakech, Morocco
   - Transfers: Return airport transfers in Marrakech
   - Accommodation:
   2 nights’ 4-star accommodation in Marrakech, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room, with breakfast
   2 nights’ glamping tent accommodation in Agafay Valley, based on sharing two tents with private bathrooms, with breakfast. Includes return transfers from Marrakech
   - Eminifri’s Cave and the Ouzoud Waterfalls Adventure (full day) includes:
   Visit to Demnate, Iwaridane - look for dinosaur footprints, Ouzoud Falls boat trip
   Professional driver/ guide
   Return hotel transfers
   - Evening Camel Ride and Desert Dinner (3 hours) includes:
   Camel ride
   Dinner in the desert

9. Prize Details:
   a. The prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old;
   b. The prize recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
   c. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
   d. Economy roundtrip flights from major international airports in London (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Marrakech, Morocco only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
   e. Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
   f. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
   g. Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy 4-star accommodation 2 nights in Marrakech and sharing two glamping tents for 2 nights in Agafy Valley;
   h. Accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
   i. Accommodation for the prize recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize recipients;
   j. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
   k. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Prize Provider’s discretion;
   l. Winners must contact Prize Provider with three preferred travel dates in three different months, that are no later than six weeks prior to departure;
   m. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
   n. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
   o. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Travel insurance provided is a basic single trip policy and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over, levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances;
   p. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on the dates of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
   q. The prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2024 - 4th January 2025 (inclusive) (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday;
   r. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that timeframe;
   s. The cave and waterfall adventure is not accessible by wheelchair and is not recommended for those who are pregnant or those with heart, back or neck conditions/injuries; and
   t. The desert experience is not accessible by wheelchair.
10. The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd (“Prize Provider”). Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Jurassic Prize Draw) or writes to Jurassic Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd (“Prize Promoter”). Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/
17. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 9 with regard to the announcement of winners and clauses 12 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
