Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf, and entrants under the age of 18 years old must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim the prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary, however internet access and email address is required to enter the prize draw online.
3. To enter, simply, visit: https://www.thetoyshop.com/fuggler-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person via email into this promotion and more than one entry per person will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 19th February 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 19th March 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 24th March 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one prize winner who will win an exclusive one-of-a-kind Mrs McGettrick original Fuggler.
8. The prize details include:
   a. 1 x Mrs McGettrick original Fuggler will be delivered to the winner’s chosen address. b. The prize may take up to 4 months to be delivered.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Fuggler Prize Draw) or writes to: Fuggler Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The prize provider is Zuru UK Limited (“Zuru”), First Floor, Templeback, 10 Temple Back, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 6FL.
16. Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and clauses 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
