I got this for my 2.5 year old. Good height, easy to hook on the back of my stroller if we are out and about and he no longer wants to push it.
The only down side is that it has broken after only 2 months of having it. It is a very well used toy but I expect it to have lasted a little longer. But that is the only reason for such a low score.
