Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf, and entrants under the age of 18 must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary, however internet access is required to enter the prize draw online.
3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/Cbeebies-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw and entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 27th February 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 26th March 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 31st March 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. There will be one prize winner who will win the following:
   a. 1 (one) night’s accommodation for up to 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children under 16 years old at the CBeebies Land Hotel, subject to availability (*excluding Bluey-themed room).
   b. The hotel stay is available between the following offer dates: 28th April 2025 - 21st September 2025 (inclusive), excluding any attraction closed dates.
   c. Prize also includes a buffet breakfast and exclusive entertainment for hotel guests, 1 (one) day Theme Park entry including access to CBeebies Land, entry to the Waterpark and a 9-hole round of Extraordinary Golf.
   d. Travel allowance of £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds sterling).
   e. Food allowance of £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds sterling) for lunch and dinner.
9. Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
10. For accommodation purposes only, one guest must be aged 18 years of age or over. Identification will be required upon check-in. Check-in can be made from 3pm onwards.
11. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
12. Prize must be redeemed during the offer dates period.
13. The Alton Towers Resort reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over-capacity. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions.
14. Visitors under 12 years at the Alton Towers Resort must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over.
15. Alton Towers Waterpark entry is subject to capacity.
16. Alton Towers Waterpark operates a strict adult to child ratio of: One adult (aged 16+) to one child aged 4 or under, or one adult (aged 16+) to two children aged 5, 6 or 7. This is to comply with health and safety standards and must be adhered to.
17. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.
18. Please check attraction closed dates and information (www.altontowers.com) before redeeming.
19. If any part of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Prize Providers reserve the right to substitute such part of the prize for another prize of equal or greater value.
20. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
21. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Bluey: Alton Towers Prize Draw) or writes to: Bluey Alton Towers Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
22. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
24. The “Prize Providers” are Merlin Attractions Operations Limited, Link House, 25 West Street, Poole, Dorset BH15 1LD, who are providing, hotel accommodation (including breakfast and entertainment) together with theme park entry, and BBC Studios Distribution Limited, 1 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, London W12 7FA, who are providing the travel allowance and the food allowance elements of the prize.
25. The “Prize Manager” is Element London Limited who is a third-party service provider located in the United Kingdom (with Company Number 1420028, whose registered office is at 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL) engaged by BBC Studios Distribution Limited to manage the provision and fulfilment of the prize to the winner. The Promoter will provide the winner’s details to BBC Studios Distribution Limited, who will subsequently share with the Prize Manager in order for them to fulfill the prize. Any personal data submitted to BBC Studios Distribution Limited will be treated in accordance with its privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://www.bbcstudios.com/privacy.
26. BBC Studios Distribution Limited, Merlin Attractions Operations Limited and Element London Limited exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from their entry into the prize draw or occurring to the winner and/or guests arising from their acceptance of the prize (or any part of the prize).
27. Personal data supplied as part of the prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and conditions 24 and 25 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
28. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
