First of all the boat spends most of its time on its side or upside down whether it's full of water or not.
The canon, only shoots water if you hold it at the most awkward angle so there is also a flow of water into the canon.
The octopus squirting water.....I have no words
The boat and pirate, constantly fall off an just float upside down.
On the plus side it looks great.
I would have expected this is the discount price was the full price but when you pay over £20 you expect it to be half decent.

My 17 month old granddaughter loves this toy. She started playing with it as soon as it was unwrapped from the postman (the fact that it was a bath toy is a bonus!). She always looks for it before getting into the bath. Bargain!

a bit of fun for a short time

Well made toy that was great fun in the bath for a very short time. It doesn't do an awful lot. It bobs about in the bath looking like a pirate ship, the octopus squirts a little. Once the kids have squirted the cannon and the octopus and spun the wheel a few times, the novelty has worn off. It's also quite large to keep in the bathroom, takes up a lot of space and is now not played with at all. But then perhaps that's just my kids and your kids might enjoy it more.
