1. 1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via https://www.thetoyshop.com/wweprizedraw.
3. To enter, simply, visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/wweprizedraw and complete the entry form.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 18th April 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 22nd May 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. There is 1 prize to be won. The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 27th May 2024 ("Draw Date").
7. There is one winner who will receive the following prize:
• 4 tickets (standard seating) to a WWE Live show of the winner's choice from the below locations. No other expenses will be covered.

8. The £100 online voucher code may only be used once and must be redeemed in a single transaction. No change will be given if the full value of the code is not redeemed. The code will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
9. At least one participant must be aged 18 or over and present at the WWE Live show.
10. The Prize excludes meals, drinks, accommodation and travel costs, spending money or any other personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the Prize and set out above.
11. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject WWE Prize Draw) or writes to WWE Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. The tickets and online voucher code provided as part of the prize are supplied by WWE and, if required your details will be passed to them once you have accepted the Prize in order for them to supply the tickets to you.
18. The WWE Toy bundle element of the prize is being provided by Mattel UK Ltd, 3rd Floor, The Porter Building, 1 Brunel Way, Slough SL1 1FQ and your details will be passed to them once you have accepted the Prize in order for them to supply the toy bundle to you.
19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners and clauses 16 and 17 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
