Sunday Funday Social Media Prize Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via The Entertainer Facebook and/or Instagram page.
3. To enter, simply, visit The Entertainer’s Facebook page (@TheEntertainerToyShop) and/or The Entertainer’s Instagram page (@entertainer_toys) and follow the instructions in the dedicated Sunday Funday post. You will be asked to share a photo of your child/family participating in the Sunday Funday ‘challenge’ either by posting the photo in the comment section on the Facebook post, or ‘tagging’ The Entertainer on Instagram.
4. We may reshare your photos on our social channels to raise awareness of our Sunday Funday Challenge. By participating in this activity and sharing your images on our social channel, you hereby give your permission for us to do so.
5. Selected images may also be chosen to feature as a Sunday Funday Superstar on our webpage. Should we select the entry you share on our social channels to be a Sunday Funday Superstar, we will contact you prior to it featuring on the webpage. Images would feature on the website for a maximum of 60 days and are updated on a weekly basis. By consenting to its feature, you provide us with a worldwide royalty free licence to use it for that purpose. Please note you may contact us at PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com at any time if you wish for your image to be taken down (prior to any automatic Sunday Funday webpage update). Any images will be deleted following removal from the webpage.
6. The prize draw dates will be indicated within the giveaway post caption. Entries received after the indicated end time/date will not be valid.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
8. This prize draw is in no way sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
9. The winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within 2 days of the end date/time set out in the prize draw post.
10. Full prize information and the number of prizes to be won will be provided on each individual giveaway post.
11. The winner will be notified via public comment on the giveaway post. The winner’s comment will be replied to asking them to send their delivery details via private message to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 working days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The photograph forming the entry must be the work of the individual submitting it (and not a third party).
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to ‘Sunday Funday’, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. Winner’s details may be supplied to a third party supplier with the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
19. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
