Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via www.thetoyshop.com/lp-stitch-prize-draw.
3. To enter, simply, visit www.thetoyshop.com/lp-stitch-prize-draw and complete the entry form.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 20th June 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 17th July 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 24th July 2024 ("Draw Date").

7. There will be one grand prize winner (the “Recipient”) who will receive the following prize:

   Prize Details

   a) Disney will provide the Promoter for the promotion The Entertainer x Disneyland Paris Promotion (the “Promotion”) with one (1) package holiday consisting of two (2) night, three (3) day to Disneyland Paris for one (1) winner of the competition (Recipient) and three (3) accompanying guests, in total four (4) persons.

   b) Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras OR an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle.

   c) Return transfers between the Charles de Gaulle airport or Gare du Nord and Disneyland Paris.

   d) Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room by the Recipient and three accompanying guests, including continental breakfast. Selected by Disney in its sole discretion; excluding Disneyland® Hotel and based on availability.

   e) Three (3) Day Park Hopper ticket per winner and accompanying guest valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park.

   f) Half board plus meal vouchers to cover lunch and dinner for four (4) people for the duration of the three (3) day trip.

   Terms and Conditions:

   a) Items not included which are the responsibility of the Recipient and accompanying guests include: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.

   b) The Prize is for the Recipient and up to three (3) guests of the Recipient’s choosing.

   c) Travel insurance is not included. It is the Recipient’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out before travelling adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the Prize. Disney shall not be liable for any costs or losses through the Recipient’s failure to take out adequate insurance cover.

   d) The holiday must take between 17th July 2024 – 17th December 2024. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 30 days before the travel dates.

   e) The Recipient and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.

   f) The Recipient and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid -19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.

   g) It is the Recipient and their guests responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus.

   h) Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Supplier.

   i) The Prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.

   j) The Supplier reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of Disneyland Paris or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

   k) There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize

   l) If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

   m) Enhanced health and safety measures will be/are in place at Disneyland Paris to promote cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance. Some hotels may be closed during some or all arrival period. Details available at DisneylandParis.com.

   n) Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the Promotion.

   o) By participating in the Promotion Recipients and their guests agree that they will be subject to Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions save for the sections relating to the fees of booking. Full Terms and Conditions can be found here.

8. The Prize excludes meals, drinks, accommodation and travel costs, spending money or any other personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the Prize and set out above.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject Disney Land Prize Draw) or writes to Disney Land Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Unless you have explicitly consented otherwise (by ticking to receive special offers and updates, by email, about Disneyland Paris and other products and services from The Walt Disney Family of Companies) , personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners and clauses 16 and 17 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
